The City of Lake Elmo has approved a prescribed burn plan submitted by Stantec for Sunfish Lake Park during the spring of 2026. Weather permitting (snow cover needed) they will be burning a medium sized brush pile in the park on Monday, March 16. The location of the burn is marked by an orange dot north of WR-5 on the map. We will share information on our website and our Facebook page as weather conditions grow more certain.
